Lucky number three

Just when you think things in your life are finally starting to go the right way, the impossible will definetely happen.

First I missed my flight from London to Gibraltar. I knew that everything will be all right and I will reach home safe and hopefully soon but a part of me was screaming: 'Panick, for God's sake! Thats what people have to do in such a situation.' So after being calm for about 5 minutes, I gave up and panicked. The agents from Easyjet did add to my panick, telling me with their widest smiles that the next flight will be on the next day. Staying in London even without a proper plug for my laptop & without my Spanish phone (whch thanks to Vodafone and the 'manana policy' was deactivated on the same day I flew to Sofia) did not seem too tempting.

After finally arriving home a whole day later I was laughing at me already. Only 2 days later, on a glorious Saturday morning I woke up at 5.30 am to find out both my internet connection and phone have been cut off. I had recieved a text the previous night that there is something wrong with my bill but I was convinced I have enough money on my bank account (my bank statement had arrived a day earlier confirming the same) so everything seemed to be fine.

Later the same day, at the Vodafone office I was told that for some reason my bill is not paid and I have to wait till Monday to pay. That was a prospect for a bright weekend without any connection to the outer world.

I was starting to think there is not much more that can possibly go wrong. Turned out I have been wrong Texting Rene at what I was thought was 10 to 7 am I realised today is the last Sunday of October - Daylight saving time change. I had only one chance to sleep an hour more this year and I blew it up.

Arriving in office an hour earlier Rene told me bad things usually happen in threes. I will keep that in mind and will quietly wait for the good thing that will make it up.
